A Wedding Checklist is so important in making sure you are keeping on track with your wedding plans. Here is a simple checklist for what you will need for the wedding and what vendors you may wish to contract. If you can get vendors that do more than one service under one roof, it will be hugely convenient for you in the wedding planning process. You will not have to go to so many vendors and make sure that they all know every detail of your wedding day. Typically a vendor that offers multiple services will have you meet with all of the service providers at one time in one location. This allows all the vendors to hear what each other is responsible for. There are may reasons as to why meeting with multiple vendors at once is important. For example lets say you booked your DJ, Photographer and Videographer through one company. Now when they all meet with you at the same time they all get to hear what important songs you want played for the DJ and so the photographer and videographer know to not bring you out of the room at that time. They will hear your favorite songs being played and remember that those songs you want to dance to and not be taken outside of the ballroom for formals at that time. Also the DJ will hear when you want to have your formals done and will know not to play your favorite songs while the photographer and videographer have you outside of the ballroom taking pictures. Having vendors that all work for the same company is truly value added in so many ways.
